When can we contact you on email and phone?
The best way to get in touch with us is via email and you can do this at any time, day or night. We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours.

Is my data secure?
We’ll never share your data with any third parties, so you can rest assured that your information is kept safe and secure at all times.  All the data on our site is protected using a SSL secure server.

What payment methods do you accept and is my payment secure?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, with payments processed using either PayPal or Stripe. 

What happens if I purchase an item and change my mind?
We aim to despatch orders as quickly as possible, but before you receive an email confirming your has been despatched, then you can still contact us to amend or cancel your order.  After this, we also offer a 30 day returns policy, so if you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind, simply return the item to us for a full refund once you receive the order. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first and we will detail what you need to do.. 

Are your products gift packaged?
All our products come presented in exceptional packaging, making the perfect gifts.  We understand that many of our customers purchase as gifts, so we have designed our packaging to not only protect the products inside, but also to enhance the gift experience.

Do you offer free postage?
We offer free standard postage on all orders above £5,00 to any UK destination and on any order over £15.00 to any destination anywhere in the world (or $19.50 or €16.50)

Where are you based?
We are based in York, England.  Most of our business is run from our shop in York's historic Shambles, one of the most famous streets in the world.

Can you make customised cufflinks?
Yes, we can.  Please contact us to discuss your design, and we will be in touch to explain what is involved.
